I recently put surge to the test. I chose one of my hardest conditioning days where I know how my body typically responds. 2 x 1000 m sprints on the rower, 8 x 30s sprints on bike, 8 x heavy 60s sled push. Typically I’m pretty crushed halfway through the bike, but after taking surge, I found a new gear. I’m addicted, I won’t train without it. Taste great and they got the formula perfected
