Absorb 95X More Curcumin*
Medical researchers have had a longtime interest in curcumin for its positive effects on inflammatory response, neurological health, and cardiovascular health. But the frustrating problem has always been its poor bioavailability. Curcumin isn't soluble in the gastrointestinal tract, making it difficult to absorb, and it's vulnerable to something called glucuronidation, which converts curcumin into what amounts to inactive waste.
An example of curcumin's poor bioavailability is a study where patients were given a whopping 3.6 grams of ordinary curcumin a day (about 7 capsules). Even at those large doses, detectable blood and liver levels of free-form curcumin were almost non-existent (18).
There is a solution for optimal curcumin uptake. Research shows solid lipid curcumin particles (lipidized curcumin) produce 95 times more free curcumin in the bloodstream than highly pure, standardized curcumin (Gota VS et al, 2010)**

Is the curcumin in Biotest's Micellar Curcumin and I-Well the same special type and dose?
Yes, the Micellar Curcumin™ and I-Well™ supplements both contain solid lipid curcumin particles (lipidized curcumin), the kind with 95 times greater absorption. Both formulas also provide 400 mg of lipidized curcumin per dose. Micellar Curcumin™ comes in a 60 day supply. I-Well provides a 30 day supply but also contains three additional potent immune support compounds: beta-1,3-glucan, microencapsulated Vitamin D3, and EGCG (epigallocatechin-3-gallate).
- Gota VS et al. Safety and pharmacokinetics of a solid lipid curcumin particle formulation in osteosarcoma patients and healthy volunteers. J Agric Food Chem. 2010 Feb 24;58(4):2095-9. doi: 10.1021/jf9024807. ABSTRACT: Curcumin is the lipid-soluble antioxidant compound obtained from the rhizome of Curcuma longa Linn, also known as turmeric. Curcumin targets multiple chemotherapeutic and inflammatory pathways and has demonstrated safety and tolerability in humans, supporting its potential as a therapeutic agent; however, the clinical literature lacks conclusive evidence supporting its use as a therapeutic agent due to its low bioavailability in humans. The purpose of this study was to quantify plasma levels of free curcumin after dosing of a solid lipid curcumin particle (SLCP) formulation versus unformulated curcumin in healthy volunteers and to determine its tolerability and dose-plasma concentration relationship in late-stage osteosarcoma patients. Doses of 2, 3, and 4 g of SLCP were evaluated in 11 patients with osteosarcoma. Plasma curcumin levels were measured using a validated high-performance liquid chromatography method. The limit of detection of the assay was 1 ng/mL of curcumin. In healthy subjects, the mean peak concentration of curcumin achieved from dosing 650 mg of SLCP was 22.43 ng/mL, whereas plasma curcumin from dosing an equal quantity of unformulated 95% curcuminoids extract was not detected. In both healthy individuals and osteosarcoma patients, high interindividual variability in pharmacokinetics and nonlinear dose dependency was observed, suggesting potentially complex absorption kinetics. Overall, good tolerability was noted in both healthy and osteosarcoma groups.

My knees have not felt this good in over 10 years. I can now do lunges again without feeling like it is wrecking my entire lower body.
Best curcumin bar none
This product makes a real difference in the way my knees and back feel especially after hard workout. A person needs to take 3x to 5x of other products to even come close to what Micellar Curcumin can do. I cannot say anything about the other claims (test levels, immune function, etc.) but anti inflammatory action is proven incontrovertibly in my mind. Get some.
I've had more noticeable results with this product compared to any other circumin I've tried.
This is the only Curcumin I will take. All the rest are a waste of money in my opinion. I’ve been using this Micellar Curcumin for about a year now and it’s great. Do not hesitate start using it today. You will not be disappointed.
This does it all
Holy cow, everytime I turn around there is something new curcumin does! Seriously you should be taking this stuff just to cover every base! I feel overall better which is enough for me! But with everything else it supposed to do I'm waiting to grow my chest hair into an S!
Great taste and makes a difference
Outstanding. Excellent web site to order from and i believe the product does make a difference in my athletic performance.
This Curcumin is fantastic
I’ve been taking this Curcumin for about a year. I really believe it helps with my inflammation issues. I have recommended it to many friends for the same reasons. All have had positive experiences as well.
So far, it has been satisfactory.
I felt less pain in my neck and knees after only a few days taking this. Almost finished my first bottle and very happy with the product.
Keeping an open mind
Everything hurts, my hope is that this will help relieve some of the discomfort. Gopd times.
