Nice to not think
Good short workouts easy to adapt to life. Plan 1 and 2 are alike but that´s the concept and it works nice. Can´t eat the promoted prohormones because it´s illegal here. I think advertising in a payed workout plan is a bit silly but maybe that´s just me. Will do a plan 3 when the time comes because it is a cheap plan and sometimes it´s nice to lift without thinking and planing.
