  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Mash bananas into a big mixing bowl.
  3. Add all other ingredients. Mix until a batter forms.
  4. Add to 10 muffin cups sprayed with coconut oil. We used silicon cups.
  5. Bake for about 20 minutes.
